Tony Puppies Reservation Procedure

At Tony Puppies, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent reservation process for our French Bulldog puppies. Please read the following steps carefully to understand how to reserve a puppy from us.

• Browse our available French Bulldog puppies on our website.

• Contact us via  Email, or Live Chat to inquire about availability.

• We will confirm with you if the puppy is available or not.

• Fill out our Puppy Reservation Form with your details.

• This helps us ensure our puppies go to responsible and loving homes.

• The form will ask for your name, contact details, preferred puppy, experience with pets, and housing situation.

• To reserve your chosen puppy, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.

• The deposit ensures that the puppy is held exclusively for you.

• We accept payments via:

  • Cashapp

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Bank Transfer

  • Chime

• A receipt and confirmation of the reservation will be sent once the deposit is received.

Important: If the reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to health issues, the deposit may be transferred to another available puppy or refunded.

• Once your deposit is received, we will send you a Puppy Reservation Agreement.

• The agreement will include:

  • Buyer’s name & contact details

  • Puppy’s name, color, gender, DOB, and microchip number

  • Deposit amount & final payment details

  • Pickup/delivery date

  • Health guarantee & refund policy

• Sign and return the agreement via email.

• If the puppy you want is already reserved, you can join our priority waiting list.

• A $100 waiting list fee applies (which will go towards your final purchase).

• Once new puppies become available, waitlisted customers get first priority.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the puppy leaves our care.

• Final payment methods include Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, or Bank Transfer.

• Pickup and delivery options:

  • Pickup: Arrange a pickup date at our location.

  • Delivery: Flight nanny service available (buyer covers shipping fees).

• You will receive:

  • Health certificate & vaccination records

  • Starter puppy pack (food, blanket, toys, and care guide)

  • Lifetime breeder support (training tips, vet recommendations)

Final Notes:

• Our puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the puppy will not be placed in a responsible home.
