ADOPTION PROCEDURE

French Bulldog Puppy Adoption Procedure

At Tony Puppies, we take great care in ensuring that our French Bulldog puppies are placed in responsible, loving homes. The following procedure outlines the steps for adopting one of our puppies.

1. Application Process

  1. Interested adopters must complete the Puppy Reservation & Adoption Application Form.

  2. Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours, and approved applicants will be contacted.

  3. If approved, the adopter will receive details to proceed to step 2 “Adoption fees and payment”

2. Adoption Fees & Payment Terms

  • The total adoption fee is $1,200 per puppy.

  • A non-refundable down payment of $700 is required to reserve a puppy.

  • The remaining $500 must be paid upon receiving the puppy.

  • Accepted payment methods: ☐ Cashapp ☐ Zelle ☐ Venmo ☐ Bank Transfer ☐ Chime

Important: If, for any reason, the adopter cannot proceed with the adoption, the down payment may be transferred to a future litter.

3. Puppy Selection & Adoption Agreement

  • Once the down payment is received, the chosen puppy will be reserved for shipping  to the adopter address.

  • A Puppy Adoption Agreement must be signed before the final payment and pickup/delivery.

  • The adopter will receive an adoption confirmation and details about their puppy’s care, feeding schedule, and veterinary records.

4. Health Guarantee & Vet Check

  • All puppies come with a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

  • The puppy will have up-to-date vaccinations and deworming before adoption.

  • The adopter must schedule a vet check-up within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

5. Pickup & Delivery Options

  • Pickup Location: Tony Puppies’ kennel or designated meeting spot.

  • Delivery Options: Flight services transport available (delivery within 24 hours). See shipping Procedure

  • Adopters must confirm the pickup or delivery date within 7 days of finalizing the adoption.

6. Responsible Ownership Commitment

☐ The adopter agrees to provide a safe, loving home for the puppy.

☐ The adopter commits to routine vet check-ups, proper nutrition, and training.

☐ If the adopter can no longer care for the puppy, they must contact Tony Puppies first before rehoming.

7. Final Steps & Agreement

  1. The adopter completes the final payment of $500.

  2. The puppy is picked up or delivered as agreed.

  3. The adopter receives:

    • Puppy’s health records

    • Care instructions

    • Starter pack (food sample, blanket, and toy with mother’s scent)
